As for the solution to the first part, I used a python script to iterate through the imgur link to test caps on each combination.

In the top left, there is some morse code which is as follows:-.- -... -. -.- .-. ..-. .-.. . -... --..
And it translates to this:

I've tried ROT(1-25) decoding this, with no real success, results being:

It could be a vigenere cipher however there is no key currently, unless it is the key
