As your ban was given on the 20-10-2019, you will not be unbanned, considering that the ban wipe says that it's the last two months, you are ten days too early, therefore your ban is not within the ban wipe length. I will not unban yoú now. I'd reccommend that when you next make a UBR you put a little more effort into it. I am sorry I couldn't help you, but your ban isn't wipeable. Sorry.
