First of all - thank you for addressing the concerns you have.
After reviewing the case I believe RedPanda has already stated the facts and all I can do is simply reiterate them. Punishments are for the most part at the staff members discretion and from looking at who these PRs effected and the punishments that were handed out, there is no sign of favouritism.
In conclusion, nothing will be happening to RedPanda.
