a reply to your explenation:
3 days (72 hours) ban for 1 rule VS 3 hour blacklist for multiple rules is still Very Much unbalanced and not logical nor fair in any way. Everyone who can count can see that.
The amount of hours just doesnt add up to a balanced fair supposed outcome
