Summary of the incident
He was put inside a police cruiser but acted like a minge by turning on sirens, spamming the car locks and jumping out of the locked police cruiser several times while being in handcuffs. I would coinsider this behaviour as FailRP. I would also count FearRP into this as a person being put in handcuffs shouldn't act like this, especially not the character Opto was currently roleplaying as (Mechanical Engineer). This behaviour would be more fit if he roleplayed as a criminal, except for all the rulebreaking.
Later on he was also backseating administrating because the roleplay didn't please him as can be seen in the screenshot. This guy has been doing so in the past several times but I've got no evidence of that, maybe one of you admins or other people has seen it and can confirm. [EDIT] So I now managed to gather evidence about the backseat administrating.
