You where in for around 2 minutes, he tazed you and you reconnected immedaitely - I don't see how this should be considered allowed then? It doesn't change anything. Your only argument was that he tazed you for no reason.
I will however give you the benefit of the doubt and unban you - in future situations do not reconnect nor disconnect if you are in a situation like this.
