Summary of the incident
[FL:RP] Keanu Reeves continuously abused his tranquilizer and his truck, as well as breaking
FearRP several times which I've recorded. At one point I'd stopped him in his car after he'd CDMed someone,
after getting him at gunpoint and him refusing to leave the vehicle he continued to jump back in his car after
it was rammed and he was forced to exit. A second time he recklessly drives his truck down main street, nearly killing us
me and another officer told him to leave the vehicle, then he continued to run around the truck until he got back in at
which point I decided to shoot him.
