If a fellow raider is told ICly that the president was in the nexus and then tells me that over discord that is not metagaming. He obtained the information ICly and is giving it to me to use ICly too which is what i did.

Yes, now your fellow raider has IC knowledge of where the President is, but your character still does not. Your character isn't a Discord call talking to your mates. What you've stated is metagaming. YOU yourself must find out ICly. You should know this after 2656 hours of playtime on a Roleplay Server.
