Feedback on what? How many big and small updates you think the dev team should force out? Or my personal favorite, your feedback on if Casinos should be banned?

I dont even know why we should be asked if we think an Event Manager would be a good thing. Everyone is going to say yes to that. You guys are making this so hard when fixing the activity on the servers is honestly so much easier than you are making it.

1. Active staff team.
Demote inactive staff. If they dont have time demote them. If they gain time in the future. They can always come back to the team.

Promote active people. You have fucking 3 ranks now that they have to go through. If they are a shit mod, demote them. If they are an okay mod keep them there. If they are a good mod promote them to Trial. If they are a shit trial demote them. If they are an okay trial put them back on mod. If they are a good trial promote them.

How hard is that? Same goes for SAs.

Edit: I just want to emphasize this to everyone. This issue is the biggest problem. Whenever I was SA I have shut down people who have eventually become staff in the future as well as have demoted/force resigned admins who eventually came back and became SAs here on FL. It does not matter how great you are. You are worth nothing if you are not here.

This is how serious I was in regards to activity.

2. Events once or twice a week. Twice is the more realistic answer.

These don't even have to be elaborate events. These can be super basic shit. A prison, a gallery, hell even a good government roleplay that isn't basic dictator shit. Make a mold for others to build off of. Most people are either A. Too lazy to make their own rp or B. Cannot think of their own rp. Staff can make the scene and everyone else can build off it.

ex: Prison-Guards/Warden, Transporter, Prisoners, Government workers, Paramedics, Chefs, etc, etc , etc. Its not hard.

Maybe you occasionally make a huge event. Once a month or two, but all you need is to create an atmosphere to get people on.

Instead of focusing on getting new players. How about you try and bring back the existing community that is here not playing? Once you get them back and playing and the server fills up again, then new players will naturally join the server whenever they see this new fresh server that has say 60+ people on it. Whenever I get on the server recently all I see is everyone standing around not doing shit. Give them something to do.

That is all you need. After you can get past these two steps you can then focus on the rest. Development can then get their gears turning as to what the server needs. Because right now you are trying to get them to think of ideas to save the server instead of ideas to aid the server. I joined FL in 2011 and I have seen a total of 4 developers in my time here. Temar, Matt W, BlackShadow, and Mavis. We have never had a shit ton of updates. We didnt need them. You want to know why? Because whenever I was SA we had an active staff team, Encouraged RP, and didnt shy from that. The staff teams have been so weak recently and none of them do shit otherwise.
