Hello.
Based on the evidence against you, I do not believe this is the case. Not only is it extremely good timing for your electricity to go out right after someone accuses you of scamming, but it would have relayed a different message when you disconnected.
Also taking into account the fact that you have a previous ban for scamming, I see no inclination to believe you. Not to mention your 16 bans and 64 blacklists.
