Title of Suggestion: Raise max character limit for IC things.
Description
Change the character limit on IC name, description and job.
Why?
Currently the character limit is 48 which in my opinion and maybe others is a bit too short when you want to deeply describe a character instead of just 4/5 short adjectives.
