Apologies to hear that you have lost such a high amount of money due to unknown circumstances. I am sure a member of staff will be able to investigate the issue for you as soon as possible. In the mean time, please may you provide the date and time of when this screenshot is taken. This can be done by right clicking on the image and selecting properties;

Please may you also provide the Name and SteamID of your Steam account, as well as your brother's Steam account, it may help the administrators locate where the money went. Thank you very much and I hope the issue gets resolved quickly.
