User was demoted. I was not able to ask you in person, as I only saw you disconnect, not reconnect after. The punishment was given out based on the logs, which did support the claim of a reconnecting to avoid arrest. 
Though if you do get demoted during a RP situation, you should mention it in OOC as soon as possible. You can say for example, "I was demoted during the arrest", so the officers know you did not do it on purpose.

But anyways, approved and ban will be removed.
