Title of suggestion: Stop Test Vehicles Being Used For RP
Description: Same as title
Why:
There are currently no rules surrounding the use of test vehicles, and it makes RP that bit more difficult regarding FearRP and FailRP.
Devs and Contributors can test vehicles without needing to spawn them in for RP situations, and it's just being used as an excuse to use the vehicles before they are released to the playerbase.
This suggestion is not to stop them being spawned in on the live server, just to stop them being used for RP purposes like presidential escorts, police, etc. as they can be tested without needing to RP with them.
