Title of suggestion: Ban Double Accounters from Discord
Description: Ban Double Accounters from Discord for the duration of their ban
Why: These people have attempted to circumvent their punishments to try and be part of the community. Banning them from Discord during the duration could provide more incentives to not Double account, and it will also make current double accounters less involved in the community, making them less motivated to attempt to get involved "illegally".
