As seen in the end of the first video you posted Forgee, youre telling Nicholas to 'Let it happen'. Why did you do this? Seems to me youre trying to milk things to hold against Mark.

He had already told me that you were attempting to kill him but I didn’t see it, therefore waiting for it to happen again proves that it happened and then I can take action accordingly.

Your whole job as as Admin is to keep the server running smoothly. If you were a police officer in real life and seen somebody ABOUT to break the laws, would you sit and wait until they had done it and then intervene? No. You would prevent this thing happening in the first place, when Nicholas was dragged off the boat, if you thought what was happening was wrong and against server rules, you could have stopped it, and said something about it. This would allow players to take you more seriously, it would stop any further misunderstandings, and more people would walk away happy. But instead you use the President and PM him to use him as bait to milk out evidence to use against players. The servers already dying i don't get why you're trying to kill it anymore.
