History

Indigo Hotels opened first opened its doors in 1965 by Ron Grimes. Over the years, in total, we have had over 152,500 guests in our hotel. 10 years ago we greatly revamped our hotel to look a lot more modern, and in 2016 the finishing touches were added.

Positions

Hotel General Manager - Manages everything that happens in the hotel

Deputy Hotel General Manager - Helps the manager make decisions

Head of Facility and Maintenance - Manages everything that happens in the facility, but still listens to the (Deputy) Hotel General Manager

Hotel Clerk* - Performs an assortment of services such as hotel check-ins, assigning rooms and answering inquires

Bellhop* - Escorts incoming guests to their room

Concierge* - Assists guests with everything from making restaurant reservations to acquiring tickets to special events to helping with travel arrangements

Executive Chef - Oversees all kitchen activity, such as menu creation and staff managment

Chef* - Works in the kitchen preparing dishes, and listens to their Executive

Security Guard* - Keeps the hotel in order, and manages trespassers etc

Janitor/Maid/Housekeeping* - Cleans all the rooms and makes sure that the hotel is clean, germ-free and a overall nice experience for the guests
