Make sure you have Counter Strike Source, Half-Life 2: Episode 1 and Half-Life 2: Episode 2 content installed.
Most Garry's Mod maps and content use models and materials from these games, so they should fix the missing textures.
If you already have those, try subscribing to the V4B1 materials on the workshop:

Also, make sure you have all Fearless addons from this page:
