Nope. Even Grape himself can confirm that the video was deleted before the PR was deleted. He posted a picture of our steam chat in his PR on me where he asks why I deleted the video and I said I was uploading a longer one. The PR was not deleted when he asked that.
As for your evidence, I don't know where you got that from. I recently deleted all my videos on my channel and that video that you used could of been one of mine, but we can't know that for sure. In the future, use your own evidence when reporting others. And don't report if you are not involved.
