Hello.
As I said in our PM's (which you've taken it upon yourself to share publicly), I know you're well in tune with how we work and that posting joke threads in a section of the forum which is obviously reserved for serious discussion is not going to go down well.
If we allowed people to post jokes everywhere on the forum nobody would take anything seriously, so keep the meme threads in off-topic so that people can continue to use the rest of the forum without second guessing if what they are reading is a meme or someone posting a genuine thread.
I'm not sure what you mean in the last reply. if you're talking about being blocked by all the admins, I suggest changing the way you choose to convey yourself so that they don't have to do that in the first place.
