The blacklist was valid, you died inside the garage and then went right next to the arms locker and went AFK. I took into consideration that you might not have seen the OOC message and as such didn't offer a ban as I stated in the OOC message.

However, I feel the blacklist is valid as you did break NLR and didn't leave the area.
