Hi, first of all thank you for bringing this to our attention and I apologies for the wait!
After reviewing the report and inspecting the evidence provided and allowing people to explain their side of the story I have come to the conclusion that there was only one rule breakage as apart of this case, this being RDM. Although the hostage situation was messy and you were a criminal Pollux it gave you no excuse to shoot down these unarmed government workers, they seemingly posed no threats, with their hands in the air and as always violence should be the last option, the situation was not role played out in any manner and was simply a shoot and go.
The user in question will receive a 2 day ban as their punishment.
