Summary: Basically me and JackZ were driving around in my Bentley GT, then we spotted KA34 powergaming by self supplying himself with medkits. He has 822 hours, he should know better.
His excuse was "I'm supplying myself so I can sell them later", this is not an excuse as it is still considered powergaming, I know this for a fact as this is not an excuse and forbidden, as I was banned for the same reason with the same excuse.
