The blacklist reason was for 'Excessive ramming'. All your video shows me is that you tried to ram your friend who was recording you, who then moved out of the way which resulted in you ramming the police vehicle for absolutely no reason. Nobody touched your vehicle to make you ram the police car and you were driving round crazily as a citizen chauffeur in a truck.
