Summary: I got tranq'd by matlacey from the S.R.U team for standing on the "railings and being dangerous".
I spawned in a few minutes before this and had done absolutely nothing at all, just walking on the railings.
Matlacey was also seen before this patrolling the streets aiming at people with the tranq sniper. I'd bet he couldn't resist shooting someone with it, so he decided to randomly tranq me.
