Desastro is guilty, for breaking this rule;
Due to not receiving any proper footage (proof) of the incident happening in the slums area, I cannot punish Desastro for;
With that being said,
Someone of your calibre shall not break these kinds of rules, with the amount of experience you've got.
Desastro will receive punishment for the acts and I hope that you will learn this lesson.
