Tonight there was a savage dictator that definitely pissed a lot of people off but was still pretty fun to RP.

When me and a few other ex-gov members decided to make a Resistance under JoeJoe's leadership
and found the dictator after a little manhunt - he kept making makeshift bases around Evo to avoid people:
