A few seconds after you took these screenshots I told him to change to the appropriate job to match what he was roleplaying. Being a very new player, he was unaware that he had to change jobs, so I explained how the jobs work to him. He switched to Nexus Desk a few seconds after this and continued his roleplay properly as a Desk Secretary.
