Summary: I drove down to the lake to do some fishing, but was approached by Naux (as SRU sergeant). He asked me to leave the area (for no apparent reason) and after some minor arguments, I complied. I got into my car, then "waved a finger" at Naux. Yes, while Naux should have taken action for my gesture, he should not have gunned me down. And this is my whole point: he randomly opened fire on me, even though I was complying and not a threat at the time.
