Summary: User was prop abusing for around 20-30 minutes, attempting to escape police with props which shows clearly in the screenshots. We told a number of times by fellow users to stop and this person continued to abuse props within the server for a very long period of time.

He then proceeded to steal my police car once I told him I wouldnt suggest abusing props, but this is not the reason for the PR. I post this next screenshot to show we did try to help the person.
