Reported user has clearly broken FearRP in the above evidence. Harmonia will receive a 3 day ban for their 6th FearRP ban.

Further investigation
Ban has been revoked from the reported user. Although this does in fact show the vehicle it doesn't prove that Harmonia was driving at that current time. This deems the proof insufficient for the reported rule breakage.
