Regardless of any paramedic being called the reported user clearly lines up the vehicle with the driver side of the Raptor as well as the person stood outside of it, as soon as the driver of the raptor exits the vehicle they speed directly towards the two. No signs of lag either. Reported user will receive a 2 hour blacklist from vehicles.
