Concluding notes
Reported user has misused the SRU job as well as the President job breaking NLR. Although there was a frozen prop in the road this is a common mistake and he will be warned for this, although it will not add to the punishment.
Reported user will receive a 6 hour blacklist from weapons (11th weapons BL) and a ban for 1 day due to the activities as SRU and President.
Note
Please do not react to rule breakage with IC responses like killing etc. as this is backseat administration. I understand it must have been very early/late due to the amount of people on the server but it is very important that you leave them to it and not try to stop them IC.
