The case have been reviewed by myself and is now closed.
Both Awestruck and Yonno have indeed committed abuse, as seen from the 12th bullet point on the Staff Report Instructions thread.
Although what they did was indeed unorthodox, it was very minor. I am in no way accepting the breach in professionalism here, but there is indeed a lot of history between the accused and the accuser which I can understand would have contributed to this case greatly.
Everything listed here has been noted and both staff members will be spoken to. I sincerely think and hope that this will not happen again.
