When creating a thread for the marketplace, you should use the set prefixes to make clear what you are trading/dealing.
When you first create your thread, select one of two options:
[SELLING]
[BUYING]
Once you have bought/sold your items, edit your thread to specify that the transaction has been completed using:
[COMPLETE]
This will make it clear to Administrators that they can move your thread.
