One map does fine, it usually never gets full, and if it does just increase the player slots. Having 2 maps splits the player base in half, and with one server not always being full there is no need for another. It just decreases the amount of players on the more populated server making it harder to RP and the city doesn't feel as alive. But if I had to replace v4b1, I would go for Chaos city.
