School Lip Dubs

Hey all,

So, my school, for the first time in the history of our school district is doing a Lip Dub. This has been in production for approximately five months and we recorded three takes yesterday, 4.21.2017. By far, the third take is the best, so good, in fact, that I would like to share a few of the funniest/most interesting things that I, on the technical Production side of things, witnessed while looking at the raw footage.

For those unaware of what a lip dub is, see below:

          This is a school not too far from mine, and we're using this as a sort of model.

Now, as I view the raw footage before any edits are made, there are a few things that caught my eye.

First off, we have a nice little plug to Jim Carrey:

Next, we have one of our Football Players duck taped to a wall:

And another one doing a backflip off of the opposite wall:

One of our Lacrosse Players getting knocked the f*** out:

(Watch over the guy's shoulder on the left side of the screen)

Our PE department doing...what PE departments do, I guess...:

Marching Band section leaders having way too much fun:

(The one on the right looks like she wants to kill someone)

And finally, we have this TROOPER, eating a piece of Confetti thrown by DECA:

That's about all of the funny shit I saw in the raw footage. This is by no means the final production, however, we're getting VERY close.
