Title of Suggestion: Local IC Chat different color or font

Description: Give the local in-character chat a different color or make it distinguishable from other things such as connects and/or disconnects with the same font and color or vice versa but then for connects and disconnects.

Why: It sometimes can get extremely overwhelming and/or confusing to keep up with the chat in a passiveRP involving lots of chat messages while the server is highly populated.
