Otherwise, what you should do is change the settings for shaders, or restart gmod. If otherwise, your computer is at hold, in which I recommend contacting an appropiate site about it. In addition, you may want to add Multi-Threading capabilities to gmod, as it only uses one core and as a CPU Heavy game, it may affect more than just FPS as it attempts to compensate for FPS by using the GPU.
