The officer who shot was not near the base, infact he was outside, near the road.

The guy with the USP was outside the base and not shooting towards you, but someone else, he never shot at your or your friends, your evidence is quite clear, do you see ANYBODY in that video with a gun aiming and firing towards you? no. No shots were fired towards you so stop trying to make up lies, i was there, so was Random.
