I don't know what to say, I've explained my part of the story and honestly I really see why it looked like I was propspamming. It really was a coincidence that I was spawning in fuel cannisters and said "Allah akbar" but by what you've said it sounds like this entire thing is just a misunderstanding. There seems to be some sort of bug where even while donator, the stacker tool won't let you have more than 30 props even though it's meant to be 40. I was testing this by spawning in 30 props and then using the stacker tool, the fuel cannister was just the first prop I found that was small. Me saying "Allah Ackbar" was a ongoing joke with the VP, it wasn't why I spawned in the fuel cannisters at all.
