How to make Fearless great again

Our playerbase has been decreasing for a while now. Back in the days, at Fearless' most successful days, we've had 150 players on two servers, a filled up Build server and a queue which could take 30 minutes to even join the server. Nowadays we're happy to have 75 players on V4B1. This is caused by several factors including the interest of Gmod in general, more competition, less development, and a few more. I've made this thread to address problems, to share your ideas with me, and to make Fearless more entertaining for more people.

This is an activity graph of our website, which gives an impression of the popularity of Fearless. It's not as dramatic as Google's one, but it's also decreasing slowy.

This does make sense, as Garry's Mod is getting an old game and the mainstream gamers are playing the latest games.

I would like to ask the members of Fearless about their ideas to increase the popularity of the server. A few things I do already know that needs to be improved to get more interest:

• More development. We're going to give this a massive boost and it will be done soon, at the start of 2017 I do want at least 3 more active developers working together as a team. Applications on the former announcement thread will be re-looked at.
  
• More staff members. With the recent resignations the gaps needs to be filled. The most important thing, apart from development, is the game itself being minge-free.
  
• More advertisement. Non-Gmod players will be hard to reach, as they would first have to buy the game, then get to know all about it and then join CityRP. So advertising in the Gmod playerbase is an option.
  

Please write your ideas below. It doesn't matter how crazy they might sound. I need your ideas to ensure our community are enjoyed by roleplayers for a long time to come.
