Thread Title: Raiding while i was still building

Summary: I was still building the base and then i got a search warrant, I say in OOC that we where still building, the officers entered the base. Once they entered i informed them again i was still building and the all left apart form Dobby. He believes that when he raids everyone should stop building not the other way around.
