Why we should unban you: I've been banned around two months now and it's I time I posted an unban.
As much as I'd love to admit what I've done wrong, how can I if I get banned and then not even an explanation? Along with no explanation to be able to fight my corner, there is also a single bit of evidence that Avgar has which he won't show anyone, Avgar and me never had a great relationship and he won't make any evidence public or just show it to me, which is questionable. But I won't turn this on Avgar.
How can I admit my mistakes and or deny my mistakes if the evidence is behind a closed door where the key has been thrown away, it makes no sense and is absolutely ridiculous. It's like me killing someone on the server, but then saying I don't want to show evidence for the reason as it's private. But we know it doesn't work like that, players are obliged and even forced in the past to pass over evidence and been threatened with bans if refused, yet staff can just hide evidence away in order to keep me banned.
I've been banned before for ToS but Soulripper himself unbanned me on that occasion for insufficient evidence that has no proof it's been forged as it was a steam chat, so I'd like to request Avgar release the evidence otherwise I have no hope of ever returning to Fearless because of privacy, which isn't valid.
Of course if evidence is provided and it has some truth to it, I will be more than happy to explain in more depth. Sometimes words can be taken out of context, that's what happens in life so I should atleast get a chance to explain that and if it is deemed valid, then all I can do is apologize for my actions.
