Insert was police and was trying to stop a mechanic. This mechanic was breaking fearrp by jsut running away from him. And I think he also was minging with props.
I then recorded and I think I have got enough evidence to support this.

Id just like to say that the driver of that car also should get punished for breaking fearrp. I couldnt catch his name.
