Hello Faceless,
I've gotten input from a few other staff members regarding this case, and with their input I've come to a final conclusion on this case.
I will be willing to unban you and along with the unban comes a few disadvantages, you will receive a PTE (Physgun, Toolgun & Entities) blacklist for a total of 4 hours playtime. On top of this if you will be caught propspamming again the permanent suspension will be put back.
If this was in fact your brother I'd suggest you to take the steps needed to secure your account from him, two examples are listed underneath.
1. Change your computer password.
2. Change your Steam password & log out from Steam when you leave your computer. (Perhaps even get mobile verification)
