Hello Faceless,

This is your second offense of propspamming in just 13 hours playtime on the servers.

As stated by Fearless ToS section 1.1:

ToS Wrote:1.11. How can my accounts be used? You are responsible for all activity that takes place with your Services accounts and Steam account. We may limit who may use your Services account or any associated accounts or the number of devices from which you may access the Services.

Which means even if it was your brother who played on your account and propspammed in attempt to crash the server, you will still be held responsible for the actions taken place on your account.
Your account have been used to propspam on the server not once but twice, thus it was deemed as a necessary step to suspend your account for a longer period of time which ended up being a permanent suspension.
You spawned a total of 30 combine helicopters which caused the server to get huge amounts of lag.
