Alright well, here I have proof to support my story... http://prntscr.com/9e2yc9 - On this picture you can see all transactions during 2015. And the only transaction was the one where he gave me 1kr to see if it was the right Paypal. So I didn´t recieve any money which also shows that we didn´t do it with real money. Please take a look on what we said in-game also. From that you might also see that we were supposed to do it with in-game money. But if I cancell the trade during the trade it´s still legal since nothing illegal has been done yet. 
I understand that it breaking of ToS is serious.
