Evidence: Myself and a fellow officer were conducting a traffic stop when Nighthawkd had ran a red light. When I pulled him over he had been very insubordinate and refused to give any form of identification. This is when the video starts.

Now before you pull the 'metagaming in a third party software' flag on me, we were in the EvoCity Government TeamSpeak channel.

Nighthawkd is clearly stalling, breaking fearRP. If you do not see the clear rule breakage, let me link you to an approved player report that is almost the same situation.

The accused in the player report was stalling just like Nighthawkd was, which led to himself being banned.

If there was a weapon pointed at Nighthawkd, he should not have taken his sweet time. He would have got out of the vehicle as soon as he could, if he were to abide by fearRP. It takes Nighthawkd over two and a half minutes to get out of the vehicle. He was clearly not acting afraid of the weapon that was pointed at him, breaking rule 2.1.
Edit: Now I have no evidence of this, but if you're going to RP getting out of the car, why didn't you RP getting into the car? Why would you decide to start an RP that takes over two and a half minutes while a weapon is pointed at you in a lethal position. You are clearly just stalling.
I would like to add that in minute 1:40 of the video, Nighthawkd blatantly insults me, saying at 2:13 that my amount RP points "don't mean shit". He is clearly implying that I do not know how to roleplay.
There is no abuse of his admin tools, rather him just breaking multiple rules. I have put this in the admin abuse section of the forums, rather than the player report section for the following reason.

Breaking rules himself solely because he is an admin
