Hello!
So, I've noticed recently how dull the EvoCity billboards currently are, and I think it is time we finally get some sort of FL themed image on them! I've decided the best way to do this would be to run a small contest to get everyone motivated!

Rules/Conditions
- The image must be appropriate, this means no nudity, anything to do with countries or politics.
- The image may be any size, as we'll follow you up regarding the sizing and get it modeled, but please use common sense and don't submit an image that is 16x16
- The image must be FL themed.
- Be creative!

Prizes
Even though we are looking for more than three, three people will be picked as the "best" substitutions and will receive a small prize as a thank you. Do note, your image may be used, but you may not win a prize if we feel it wasn't one of the best.1st Place - $25,000 cash reward
2nd Place - $15,000 cash reward
3rd Place - $5,000 cash reward
